Being from Swindon I thought Id take a bit of time to dedicate a thread to CQB Tactical, a skermish site situared on the Cheney Manor Ind Est on the corner before the tip yard! CQB is one o0f the newest venues to the ever growing Airsoft industry! CQB is owned by Bryan & Steve, two dedicated friends and fellow Airsofters!
The site is a massive 96000 square meters of CQB, starting in a dim basement, with light restrictions, a true test for the airsofters, experienced and not so experienced. Full of rooms and choke points, the basement makes a good foundation for close quarter battle!
There is a NO running policy in the Basement, due to permanent structural objects.
Flanking all areas of the site are two sets of well lit stairways, a good vantage point to hold and defend! These two stairwells are center point for a good old gun ho'! Keep low! Move fast and check corners!!
The two sets of stairs funnel shooters into enormous rooms with multiple passages and various sniper posistions, there are a number of vehicles dotted around that offer further protection and cover! Smoke grenades can be used in most situations to either blind enemy shooters or cover moving friendlys!
Hope this thread gives a good insight to what to expect from CQB! There is a store on site where ammunition, pyrotechnics and weapons can be bought and paid for or hired!
