Are any of you guys here fluent with Photoshop? Or capable of making graphics on request? Such as avatars and signatures for users to use within Airsoft Tactical...

Would be a good idea, the chance to make banners and signatures for teams, individual members etc.

Exactly that, there are many places that we could go to get such graphics, but i think that if they were done in house, the reputation of Airsoft Tactical would grow dramatically!

Huh, i can "try" but i would need images of guns, "renders" they call it. I just edit the photos, if you gave me a image, i could edit it, possibly.
