OK guys, fuses in your AEG's are extremely important! Without one, or with a bown fuse, your gun won't operate! So if for any reason your gun just stops firing, and there's nothing happening electronically, your batterys are charged etc check your fuse before anything else!
Intro
For those of you who dont know what a fuse is..
^^ Thats a fuse!!
It's basically a little glass case with two metal end caps, and a little filament inside.
What does a fuse do? The fuse basically keeps your motor from overloading, its a safety precaution, rather than sparking or blowing anything else within the electronics, the fuse will bow it self! All to do with electronic surges etc, without the fuse, your motor will keep working itself and eventually short.
Why does a fuse blow? A fuse will blow if theres excessive current going through your electrics, excessive and over use! Can happen if you fire hundreds of BB's on full auto, for in uncommon cases, when your firing on semi automatic!
So, below is a good healthy fuse...
Below is a bown fuse!
See how the blown fuse has a gap in the filament, that means it's blown.
Where can I find my fuse? Your fuse inside a little cylinder shaped case that lies on the wires in your gun that connect to your battery. Like this:
Now there are many different kinds of fuse boxes, and each is a little different. But they are all basically the same shape, and shouldn't be too hard to find.
How do I replace the fuse? Simply open the fuse box, and take out the blown fuse, and then replace it with a new fuse.
