yeah gloves lightly armored and sleeves are a must in close combat. i took one in the finger, right on the joint two weeks ago and i can still feel it. one thing Bull, don't know if you have heard or seen it but some folks wear a gum shield or a scarf. I have heard of smashed front teeth, and one of our mates on a skirmish last year got one in the lip. went in and proper blood came out.

Yea mate ive got gloves and a mesh mask that protect my mouth and nose Mesh goggles. Throat protector too  Got shot in the voice box last week! |

I remember walking into kill house on a rush game, my mate chris came hobbling out, nearly crying due to a bollock shot lol. Quite a few people were giggling at that one. |
